PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) is a durable and lightweight plastic material commonly used in card manufacturing. Known for its exceptional clarity and strength, PET cards offer a smooth surface ideal for high-resolution printing. Their resistance to tearing, water, and chemicals makes them suitable for a wide range of applications, including ID cards, access cards, and loyalty cards. PET cards provide long-lasting durability, ensuring that your printed designs remain vibrant and legible over time.

Default: No hole on the card.
Option: Request hole punching if needed.
Note: Ensure there is a 5 cm space at the top before the hole provision.

Printing: Full color using pigment ink

Printing process: Lamination
The printing process begins with high-resolution printing on a glossy PET film, followed by heat transfer lamination onto a sturdy PET board, ensuring both durability and security.

Ensure that there is a 2mm bleed on each corner of the card.

File format: any picture file format is acceptable, preferably .png.

Please use RGB color mode and refrain from using CMYK. Do not convert CMYK files to RGB.

How to Send your Files?

– Please share 1 download link in the notes box during checkout or email the link.
– You can also use Google Drive, OneDrive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox to share files.
– Please refrain from emailing the files directly.

Please provide 2 files per card (1 front, 1 back), unless you have a generic back design.
Use the card owner’s name as the filename (the name which appears on the card).
