A: The minimum production time is 2 weeks after payment confirmation, provided your design is ready for printing. However, the actual lead time may vary depending on order details, material availability, and current production workload. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Quantity discounts are not applicable. However, we offer free delivery for orders of 200 pcs. or more to a single delivery address.
Q: What are your file requirements?
A:
- If you have an artwork ready, send an editable copy of your design along with the mockup. We accept Canva, AI, PSD, PDF, and PSB file formats.
- If you need us to create the design, provide the complete design elements, including fonts, background images, logos, and a mockup (hand-sketched drafts are accepted).
Q: Can you send us design proposals?
A: No, we do not provide design proposals. We recommend searching for design inspiration online and discussing with your team the exact details you want to appear on your lanyards. Once you have a clear idea, provide us with the necessary design elements for printing.
Q: Where is your store located?
A: We operate online only and do not have a physical storefront for walk-in clients. Please check out our Basic Business Procedure before contacting us for a smooth ordering process.
Q: Can we get a sample?
A: We do not provide or lend free sample materials. However, you can order 1 piece as a sample to check the quality before placing a bulk order.
