Yes, please submit print-ready files. If you need us to work on your layout, send complete design instructions.
Minimum delivery time is 10 business days after payment and receipt of complete files. Timing depends on order details, material availability, and workload.
No. We don’t accommodate rush orders as they disrupt our schedule. We focus on delivering quality and don’t charge rush fees.
Quantity discounts are not applicable. However, we offer free delivery for orders of 200 pcs. or more to a single delivery address.
- If you have an artwork ready, send an editable copy of your design along with the mockup. We accept Canva, AI, PSD, PDF, and PSB file formats.
- If you need us to create the design, provide the complete design elements, including fonts, background images, logos, and a mockup (hand-sketched drafts are accepted).
No, we don’t provide design proposals. We recommend finalizing your design before submitting files for printing.
