Q: What’s the minimum order?
A: Minimum is 5 pcs per order for colored t shirts and black t shirts.
Q: Can I order custom designs?
A: Yes! You can submit your own artwork, or we can assist with the design.
Q: How long does production take?
A: The minimum production time is 2 weeks after payment confirmation, provided your design is ready for printing. However, the actual lead time may vary depending on order details, material availability, and current production workload. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Q: Do you accept rush orders?
A: We do not accommodate rush orders as they disrupt our production schedule. We focus on delivering high-quality prints, and we do not accept rush fees.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Yes, we offer bulk discounts on orders of 10 pieces or more. For orders of 10 pieces or more, you’ll enjoy a lower rate compared to smaller orders. However, further quantity discounts are not applicable. Please check our pricing chart for the details on the cost breakdown based on the print size and quantity.
Q: What are your file requirements?
A: Submit your design as a PNG file with a transparent background. Important: Make sure all parts of your design are fully opaque. Avoid low-opacity or translucent layers — they look good on screen but print faint or washed out. Double-check your file in Photoshop to ensure no part is see-through.
Q: Can you send us design proposals?
A: We do not provide design proposals. We recommend looking for design inspiration online and working with your team to finalize the details you’d like on your shirts. Once you have a clear design, please send us the necessary elements for printing.
Q: Where is your store located?
A: We operate online only and do not have a physical storefront for walk-in clients. Please check out our Basic Business Procedure before contacting us for a smooth ordering process.
Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Yes, all our t shirt print orders come with free shipping to the Philippines nationwide. Delivery via J&T only.
Q: Can we get a sample?
A: Yes. Sample orders are allowed so you can check the quality before placing a bulk order.
